The air conditioning needs improvement, with rooms feeling uncomfortably hot!!! More attention should be given to the pool area, including fixing broken tiles and ensuring sunbeds are in decent condition!!!

We loved the hotel and its amazing style. Walking distance to the restaurant two dragons and the mu.

Fairly clean place with very friendly staff members and garden views. The service in the property was exceptional. High speed Internet access provided in the hotel.

The complimentary welcome drink at arrival was a nice touch.

Our bathroom was dirty with toothpaste up the walls and stains on the bed sheets.

I stayed at the a Cosmopolitan Resort Hotel in Mugla Marmaris, i loved it! I felt very welcomed by the staff and workers at the hotel. I met a new friend out there, named Ahmet❤️ Thanks to him he made my stay there 100times better! He helped us with everything and looked after us at all times! Inshallah bir gun karsilasiriz ve butun iyi seylere bizim icin yaptin, odeticem sana! Allah senden raholsun Ahmet! Kendini iyi bak Ahmet❤️

Room was visually pleasing, but service was disappointing with poor beverage options.

Everything! Friendly and dedicated staff, spacious family-friendly rooms, a lively atmosphere with engaging activities!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and i loved the ice cream in the evening. The pools were nice to chill by, and my room was clean every day with cute towel art. Entertainment team was really cool, got my kids involved in all the fun activities, basically kept them busy all week. A good place for a family holiday!

Despite having a spacious and modern room, the overall experience was severely disappointing. Meals were often unappetizing, with very limited options available. Breakfast offered little aside from a solitary omelette. Service at the bar was lacking, as drinks were frequently unavailable and staff members were unapproachable. The pool area was poorly maintained, with broken sunbeds and unclean surroundings significantly detracting from the atmosphere.

We arrived late and were taken to our room, basic and dated. It got very hot since only the main bedroom had air conditioning. Our kids had to sleep on uncomfortable sofa beds in sauna-like conditions. The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. The shower was handheld, and there was a broken window. Repeatedly trying to switch rooms was frustrating-a fan took three days to arrive. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, struggling with English, made communication difficult. The food selection was a real letdown. Breakfasts were underwhelming, lunches didn't improve, and we only ate dinner at the hotel twice. The snack bar had the same limited choices every day. The ice cream queue was chaotic and filled with rude guests. The main pool atmosphere wasn't relaxing. Kids were wild, and there was little lifeguard presence. Thankfully, we found the quieter pool more enjoyable. Bar service was inconsistent, with watered-down drinks, and cocktails were only available for two hours in the evening. Entertaining options in the evenings were scarce, leading us to dine out most nights, which turned out to be pricier than we expected. A good dining alternative was the Chuckle Brothers bar nearby. The entertainment there. Meeting a lovely family provided a welcome distraction, but ultimately we left feeling that we'd better look elsewhere next time. Since the manager seems indifferent to previous feedback, I doubt anything will change.

With my large family of five adult children, we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel. The pool area was nice to relax and chill out, even if a lifeguard wouldn't have been a bad idea. The daily towel animals were a lovely touch that brought smiles.

My children wished for more variety in food options.

Had a fantastic week with amazing pools and a great cleaning staff that always left towel art! the food could be better as it got repetitive. Would definitely choose this place again!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the cafeteria staff even remembered my coffee preference, making my mornings better while enjoying the lovely view from the balcony.

Engaging entertainment and good towel art

The entertainment team made my holiday enjoyable, with games and activities that kept everyone engaged-Gogo and Sammy were particularly excellent. I also loved the creative towel animals the maids left every day. The food selection was decent, although some dishes could use more variety. I definitely appreciated the proximity to nearby local markets for unique shopping experiences.
